This position is responsible for promoting our in-house products — MSites, MDocs, and MShop — in the Japanese market. You will engage in sales activities with both local Japanese clients and Chinese-speaking clients, deliver product value, guide the onboarding process, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation.Main Responsibilities:Conduct product presentations, demos, and proposals to Japanese companies and individual usersGather client requirements, manage sales discussions, and prepare proposals (in Japanese when required)Maintain strong relationships with existing clients; improve renewal and usage ratesCollect market insights and provide feedback for product improvementCollaborate with the development team to support product onboarding and customer successParticipate in online and offline events to enhance brand awareness
