Job Description

This position is responsible for promoting our in-house products — MSites, MDocs, and MShop — in the Japanese market. You will engage in sales activities with both local Japanese clients and Chinese-speaking clients, deliver product value, guide the onboarding process, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and proposals to Japanese companies and individual users
  • Gather client requirements, manage sales discussions, and prepare proposals (in Japanese when required)
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients; improve renewal and usage rates
  • Collect market insights and provide feedback for product improvement
  • Collaborate with the development team to support product onboarding and customer success
  • Participate in online and offline events to enhance brand awareness

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Business-level Japanese proficiency (equivalent to JLPT N1 or above), capable of negotiating with Japanese clients
  • Fluent Chinese communication for internal coordination
  • Strong communication, logical explanation, and negotiation skills
  • Interest or experience in SaaS, enterprise solutions, or system implementation
  • Basic documentation skills (emails, proposals, quotations, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in IT / SaaS / B2B sales or customer success
  • Sales experience with Japanese companies or understanding of Japanese business culture
  • Knowledge related to website development or document management
  • Experience working or studying in Japan
